Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at mysticmeltscandleco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you would prefer us to arrange shipment, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Products

We ship all of our products with love, care, and good packaging, and we are not responsible for any damages that occur in transit. Any refund requests for damaged products should be directed to USPS.

Melted Products/Summer Sales

We sell candles, wax melts, and skincare products, all of which are temperature sensitive. By purchasing our products, you assume the risk of products melting in transit. We are not responsible for any melted or softened products.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Any return shipping label cost will be deducted from the final refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
